Terms of Service
Effective 18 October 2026 · Version 1
Just Enough Solutions ApS · CVR 45958388 · Fæsted Engvej 4, 6630 Rødding, Denmark · support@justenoughsolutions.comThese terms are the agreement between you and Just Enough Solutions ApS (CVR 45958388), Fæsted Engvej 4, 6630 Rødding, Denmark, for using Rekura at https://rekura.app. You accept them when you start using Rekura. The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle your data.
Rekura is a shared task manager for recurring chores. You can create task lists and share them with the people you live with as owners or editors. Each task repeats every so many days, weeks, months, or years, and Rekura keeps a history of when it was done or skipped. Using Rekura requires a paid plan, and everyone who uses a shared list needs their own plan.
1. Your account
You must be at least 13 to use Rekura, and at least 18 to buy a plan, or have a parent's or guardian's permission. An account is personal: keep your sign-in secure, and don't share it. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
2. Plans and payment
We offer monthly and yearly subscriptions and a one-time lifetime plan. Prices, including how VAT applies, are shown before you pay.
Polar Software, Inc. is our reseller and merchant of record. Polar sells the plan to you, takes the payment, issues the invoice, and handles VAT, and Polar's Buyer Terms apply to the purchase. We provide Rekura itself.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, and Polar charges you in advance for the next period until you cancel.
- Switching plans: moving from monthly to yearly takes effect at once, and Polar charges the prorated difference. Moving from yearly to monthly takes effect when the current year ends.
- The lifetime plan is a single payment that gives you paid access for as long as we offer Rekura.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time on the Billing page. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and it doesn't renew after that. Apart from your right of withdrawal below and your rights under consumer law, we don't refund the rest of a period you've paid for.
4. Your 14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the day you buy it, without giving a reason. Checkout doesn't ask you to give up this right, so you get a full refund if you withdraw within the 14 days, even if you have already used the plan. This applies to monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans.
To withdraw, use Withdraw from contract on the Billing page. It's there for each purchase until its 14 days end. Confirm the withdrawal, and we email you a receipt with what you withdrew and when we received it. You can also send us a clear statement, for example by email to support@justenoughsolutions.com, with the email address of your account.
Refunds are issued through Polar to your original payment method no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal, and your paid access ends when the refund is made. Withdrawing from a subscription also ends it, so it doesn't renew.
5. Other refunds
All refunds go through Polar. If Rekura is faulty or not as described, you have the rights Danish consumer law gives you, including a refund where the law provides one. Polar may also give refunds under its Buyer Terms.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Rekura to break the law or anyone's rights, to send spam or malware, to access accounts or systems you're not allowed to, to overload or disrupt the service, or to copy or resell it. Don't use automated tools to access it, other than as we allow.
7. Your content
What you create in Rekura stays yours. You let us store and process it only to provide the service to you. The service itself, including its software and design, belongs to us.
8. Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep Rekura available and secure, but it can be unavailable during maintenance or because of problems outside our control. We may improve or change features. If a change significantly reduces what you've paid for, or we close Rekura, we'll tell you at least 30 days in advance and refund the prepaid subscription time you can't use.
9. Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time on the Account page; you have 7 days to undo it. Deleting your account cancels renewal, but doesn't by itself refund unused paid time. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Unless the breach is urgent, we warn you first. If we close your account for any other reason, we give you 30 days' notice and refund prepaid subscription time you can't use.
10. Liability
We're liable under Danish law for loss we cause through negligence. We're not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit or lost business, and our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits don't apply to loss caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or where the law doesn't allow them, and they don't reduce your mandatory rights as a consumer.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we publish a new version and ask you to accept it the next time you use Rekura. Until you accept, you can still use your account settings, billing, data export, and account deletion, but not the rest of Rekura, and you can't buy a new plan. If you don't want to accept, you can cancel your subscription. Contact us and we'll refund the prepaid subscription time you couldn't use. Smaller changes, such as corrections, only update the effective date.
12. Law and disputes
Danish law applies, and the courts of Denmark have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes. If you're a consumer, you keep the mandatory protection of the law of the country you live in. If you're a consumer living in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, or the UK, you can also take a case to the courts where you live, and we can only take a case against you there.
If you have a complaint, contact us first. If we can't agree, you can complain to Nævnenes Hus (Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager), Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, naevneneshus.dk. If you live in another EU country, Forbrugereuropa, the European Consumer Centre Denmark, can help: forbrugereuropa.dk.
